My Unique Fussy Eater

“He’s doing really well. We have actually been gobsmacked at how well he is doing and how much things have changed. There is absolutely no anxiety around mealtimes anymore and he eats almost everything we put in front of him. Meals are officially pain free!”

Melissa, mother of a 6yo

My Unique Fussy Eater Program

Changes take time and must be done gently for the well-being of your child, respecting their personal pace and needs. And also gentle on you as you may need a little time to become comfortable with the new routine.

Over a whole month, we will have weekly sessions where we’ll give you guidance and reassurance to address needs and issues specific to your child and household.

Some families take this program during school holidays due to a more flexible daily schedule which may make changes fit in a little more easily.

Down the line, your little one will thank you for the effort. If not in words, it will be in good health and a healthy relationship with food.

“We all used to dread mealtimes. Now it's a great time of day together to unwind, tell stories and enjoy our time together. Both of my children are eating well and enjoying trying new things in their own time.”

Elizabeth, mother of a 2yo and a 5yo

This is how it goes

  1. You will fill out a questionnaire for me (Fern, your devoted nutritionist)

  2. We will then meet for one hour (face-to-face or online) where we will discuss my recommendations and then trace an action plan for you

  3. We will have weekly 30 minutes follow up sessions

  4. You will be given a weekly report and action plan for guidance and reference

  5. You will be given additional resources that are specific to your needs such as recipes, templates, checklists, reading material etc

  6. You will be supported and reassured at every step of the way during and in between sessions, via email/messages

It’s usually not necessary that your child is present at meetings. You are the person they trust the most in the world, so with proper guidance and confidence, you’ll be the best qualified one to make meaningful changes.

You can absolutely do this and I can help you!

Your journey out of tantrum and into control with confidence starts with a click.
